At The Sovereign Centre, in Eastbourne, we have a programme full of various activities for you and the family to come and get involved in the holidays. Whether its time for family fun in the Fun Pool, or the start of a healthy training session in our gym, we are here to help you have fun, stay safe and keep fit as a family.
Soft Play
Designed for children under 8, our soft play sessions offer the ultimate playtime experience, featuring a giant bouncy castle and a variety of exciting soft play equipment. With plenty of space to climb, jump, and explore, it's a fun and safe environment for little ones to burn off energy and enjoy active play.
Sessions run on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited spaces available.
Junior Gym
Our Junior Gym sessions are designed specifically for 11-15-year-olds, providing a safe and age-appropriate environment where young people can engage in physical activity, learn about fitness, and develop healthy lifestyle habits.
With a Junior Gym Membership, juniors can access the gym during designated Junior Gym times, once they have completed an induction and received their programme card.
Please note, 11-13-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult (aged 16+) at all times while using the gym.
Swim For All
No matter your swimming or fitness ability, our Swim for All sessions are perfect if you're looking to build your confidence, work on your strokes, or just simply want to enjoy a swim with your family and friends. Our Swim for All sessions run in the Leisure Pool and the Learner Pool where you are invited to splash about and have fun in the water without being constricted to specific lanes.
Family Fun Swim
At The Sovereign Centre, we believe swimming should be a fun and exciting experience for the whole family. The Leisure Pool is perfect for family swim sessions and thrill-seekers of all ages, featuring a wave machine for a seaside experience, flumes and slides for high-energy water fun, and shallow areas ideal for younger swimmers. Whether you're racing down slides, riding the waves, or simply splashing around with loved ones, the Leisure Pool offers an unforgettable experience for everyone.
Aqua Splash
Ready for a splash? Aqua Splash is an exciting inflatable obstacle course in our Training Pool, where children and adults can dive, climb, and race through the fun course. This challenge is designed for those aged 6+ who can swim at least 25m. A swim test may be required before participating. Under 8s must be accompanied by an adult with a 1:1 ratio. Get ready to slip, slide, and splash your way to the finish line.
