The Sovereign Centre in Eastbourne brings together fitness, swimming and family fun. Our gym has cardio machines and free weights to cover your workouts, while three pools give you plenty of options: a 25-metre pool for lane swimming and aqua classes, a learner pool for lessons, and a leisure pool with waves and a flume that's popular with families. The sports hall and indoor courts host workout classes and club. Our studios offer Les Mills favourites like BODYCOMBAT, BODYPUMP and BODYBALANCE alongside yoga, Pilates, HIIT, group cycle and dance fitness. There's soft play for younger kids, plus we run junior fitness classes, gymnastics and can host birthday parties. Over-50s classes keep older adults active, and we partner with the NHS and local physio services to support community health.
