Halloween Treasure Hunt

Join us this October half term for some extra spooky fun with our centre Treasure Hunt.

Hidden around the centre are 8 spooky characters guarding the secret letters. Find all these letters to spell out our spooky word and be in with a chance to win.
To be entered into the draw simply take your treasure hunt back to reception, take a picture with our spooky Halloween photo board and tag us on social media. Please see full terms and conditions below.

Prize Draw	The Sovereign Centre, Halloween Treasure Hunt Prize Draw.
Promoter	GLL (Greenwich Leisure Limited), Middlegate House, The Royal Arsenal, London, SE18 6SX.
Prize Draw Period	The Prize Draw commences at 12:01am on 24/10/2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 6/11/2026. After the closing date no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.
Eligible Entrants	Entry is only open to UK residents aged 16 years or over. Proof of age and identity may be required. If you are under 18 years old, you represent and warrant to GLL by entering this competition that your parents/guardians have consented to your entry and to these terms and conditions, which they have read.
Participating Venues	The Sovereign Centre
Entry Mechanic	To enter the Prize Draw, Eligible Entrants must, during the Prize Draw Period, upload a photo to social media, tagging The Sovereign Centre, of them using the Selfie Board.
Entry Limit	Only one entry will be accepted per person.
Draw	All entries received by the Promoter during the Prize Draw Period will be entered into the draw. The draw to determine the winner will take place at 12:00 on 9/11/2026. The winner will be picked at random using an online random number generator, Calculator.net
Unclaimed Prize Draw	In the event of any unclaimed prize(s), the Promoter will hold an unclaimed prize draw at 12:00 on 12/11/2026 to award the prize if unclaimed by that date.
Notification	Winners will be notified by direct message by 15:00 on 9/11/2026. Entrants are responsible for having ongoing access to the relevant inbox. GLL’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Publication	The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. The first name of the winner in the Draw will be published on the Promoter’s social media page on 15:00 on 9/11/2026.
Use Of Data	Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Prize(s)	The first eligible entry randomly drawn in the Draw from all entries received during the Prize Draw Period will win admission to any swim session for up to 2 adults and 2 children, and a £30 meal voucher to be used at the cafe. Prizes are subject to availability, and GLL reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Prize Distribution	The Prizes will be provided to the winner within fourteen days of the relevant Draw date via a nominated email detailing the particulars for prize redemption.
Total Maximum Prize Value	Total maximum value of all Prize(s) awarded in the Prize Draw is up to £76.20. No cash alternative is available.
Additional T&Cs	All swimmers taking part in the Aqua Splash Session must be over the age of 8 years old. Any children under the age of 8 must be accompanied in the pool on a ratio of 1 adult:2 children. The tickets allow entry to a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. Social media posts must be made on Facebook or Instagram only with a public profile to ensure entry. If posts are made using a private profile, these will not be entered into the draw. Any posts to alternate social media sites will not be entered into the draw.
Right to Amend or Cancel	GLL shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions. Such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. GLL also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control. GLL reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the Prize Draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
