Junior Circuits, Dance Fitness, Pilates, all new virtual classes and much more have been added, helping you to have classes to fit your goals and lifestyle.

We’ve listened to your feedback and added more of the classes you love at the times that work for you - early mornings, lunchtimes and evenings. So no matter your routine, there’s always a way to fit in a feel good workout.

Classes are included in memberships, but you can also book pay as you go if you just want to drop in and try something new.
