You’ll spend an hour getting to grips with the bike and track cycling with one of our expert coaches before you challenge each other with a Flying Lap Competition.

Qualifying lap times are set on Lee Valley VeloPark track bikes so everyone has exactly the same equipment and gearing.

Good to know

• Despite Sir Bradley Wiggins maintaining an average lap time of 16.5s during his one hour world record ride at Lee Valley VeloPark in 2015, he did not make it onto our leaderboard

• Vittoria Bussi is the Women’s one hour world record holder with an average lap time of 18.75s
