Basic Fitness Classes
We understand that starting the gym can sometimes be intimidating. But with our two basic fitness classes HIIT and Core Conditioning you can ease yourself into physical activity in a supported environment. These classes allow you to work out at your own pace, build confidence and socialise with fellow members.
Senior Gym
Working out can be crucial to help strengthen your muscles and maintain mobility. Our friendly fitness instructors are always present in the gym to help you with any concerns you may have. If you are struggling with how to base your workout, we offer one to one gym inductions with our instructors that can help tailor a fitness programme for you.
Coffee Morning
Join us for our monthly Coffee Morning, held on the first Monday of every month form 8.00am-1.00pm. Enjoy a welcoming atmosphere, friendly conversation, and a tea or coffee. An easy way to connect, relax, and start the week. No need to book, simly turn up.
