The facility has a high quality 124 station gym with Technogym equipment consisting of Cardiovascular, Resistance, Free wEights, Cables and Functional.

Located on The Broadway we provide a range of equipment to target all of your training needs.

We have 16 gym based classes per week - Stamina & Endurance, Group Cycle, Functional and Strength & Endurance.

With a friendly and vibrant atmosphere we also provide car parking facilities, modern changing rooms as well as a fast track entry system.

Resistance & Cables

Our wide range of resistance and cable equipment for each of the major muscle groups will help you sculpt, strengthen & tone. The equipment is easy to use and includes basic instructions of how to set it up.

Get your heart racing and your blood pumping with the wide range of cardio equipment. Our selection of  treadmills, bikes, rowing machines and varios will help you speed up the metabolic process and burn calories

Junior Gym (11-15yrs)

For juniors aged 11-15 junior gym sessions are available which are fully supervised and designed to introduce juniors into gyms safely whilst training effectively.  For only £12.50 a month we will help you become gym-confident younger in life and encourage healthy lifestyle habits.

Junior Gym sessions are available 3.30pm - 6.00pm Monday to Friday, 9.00am-1.00pm on Saturdays, 1.00pm-5.00pm on Sundays.

60+ Gym

We now offer a 60+ Gym membership to cater for our 60+  customers, giving them the ability to enjoy their leisure time  at an affordable price.

For only £12,50 a month and no contract, 60+ Gym sessions are available between  10am - 2pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm on weekends.

Please note upon membership card collection a valid Freedom Pass must be presented.
