We are pleased to announce that the extensive £180,000 investment of improvement works will be taking place at Better Gym Bexleyheath. The works include a refurbishment to the gym with a fresh new look, new dumbbells and racks, brand new large functional area with frame and equipment, new and updated gym equipment throughout and an enhanced fitness class programme with lots more classes available for you to enjoy.
The refurbishment will significantly expand and enhance our fitness class program, providing you with a broader selection of classes to enjoy. We aim to improve your experience by offering more options and greater flexibility, ensuring that there is something for everyone to help you reach your fitness goals.
It gets even better, a range of brand new and improved gym equipment will been installed across the gym floor. This includes new group cycle bikes, dumbbells and rack as well as air bikes, torgue tank sled and skierg.
Our brand new Functional Fitness Zone is packed with top-of-the-range machines including Ski-Ergs, Air bikes, Torque tank sled and a brand new functional Fitness Frame. It doesn’t stop there we will be holding dedicated fitness classes every week within the new functional zone.
