Pancras Square Leisure offers a variety of activites for women’s and girls. From beginner friendly sessions to advanced training sessions, participants can enjoy women’s only swimming, sauna & steam and group workouts. It's the perfect place for females of all ages to lace up and hit the group workouts or relax in the sauna.
Sessions for Women and Girls Only
Where possible we aim to provide female lifeguards for swimming sessions and female fitness instructors for gym sessions. If for any reason this is not possible you will be informed prior to the session.
We also aim to deliver these sessions in a closed environment and away from external view where the centre design allows.
In the case of an emergency a male staff member may have to respond to a situation if they are the first responder. You will be informed of this situation if it occurs.
Womens Only Swim
Our women's only swim sessions provide a comfortable and inclusive environment for women’s of all ages and abilities to enjoy the pool. With exclusive access, participants can swim freely, exercise or simply relax without any distractions.
Sauna & Steam
Our women's only Sauna and steam sessions offers a relaxing environment that you can unwind in a tranquil environment. Within close proximity there is a relaxation area, access to a drench shower and water fountain to remain hydrated.
Women Only Fitness Classes
Join our women-only fitness classes, designed to provide a welcoming, supportive, and private space to focus on your health and fitness. From Pilates to Dance Fitness and Pilates there is something for all. Our highly motivated female fitness instrcutor will help guide your fitness journey in our fully enclosed studio which ensures complete privacy.
