"Food glorious food!" When you eat right, you’ll feel incredible too. Our healthy eating course combines expert nutrition with a fitness class, to help you treat your body the way it deserves.
'Let's Eat Right' is a six week, information packed course that will take you through the "dos and don'ts" of nutrition and healthy eating as well as sampling a variety of our fitness classes, so you can find your own way to a better you.
The course will start on Monday 2nd July - 19:00 - 21:30. The theory section will take place in the Club / Meeting Room and the practical session will take place in the Activity Room.
As part of the course, you will receive a 'Let's Eat Right' goody bag that includes the course booklet, water bottle and a few more goodies as well as your very own 'Let's Eat Right' Guide.
