Gymnastics / RGA Gymnastics
Starting with learning the fundamentals of gymnastics, whilst having fun, children progress to learn skills and techniques. As they grow in confidence they will learn performing rolls, jumps, cartwheels and handstands. These mixed ability classes offer a safe and structured learning environment for your child to thrive. Parent/Toddler Gymnastics
Children explore movement and develop foundational skills like balance, co-ordination and confidence with the support of their parent/guardian. Play based activities designed to help develop motor skills using a range of age-appropriate apparatus.
