Gym Session
Whether you want to boost your cardio or build strength, we’ve got you covered with our 10-15 station gym suitable for all fitness levels. Choose from a variety of free weights, resistance and cardiovascular machines and stretching / functional area.
An induction is required before using the gym at Whitton for the first time.
Under 16 and want to use the gym? Specific junior gym and fitness sessions are available, ensuring you can exercise in a safe and supervised environment.
Come on a casual pay as you go basis or access all of the centre's facilities through a direct debit/annual membership. Hussle members also welcome.
Fast Track Induction
Whether is your first session in the gym or you are a seasoned gym-pro , we’ll kick things off with a 30-minute fast track induction session tailored to your needs. This is a great chance to get familiar with our equipment, ask any fitness or health questions, and make sure you’re all set for your workout.
Please note that an induction must be completed with us before you book your first gym session at Whitton Sports & Fitness Centre.
Total Induction
New to the gym or need help creating a workout plan? Our Total Induction consists of a 60 minute intro session that is perfect for anyone new to the gym or looking for a workout plan that’s tailored to their fitness goals. Our trainer will walk you through how to use the gym equipment properly, show you the right exercises, and set you up with a personalised training program. This way, you’ll have a clear plan to stay motivated and on track.
