Shortlands Library is closed for safety reasons to allow for investigations into cracks in the rear wall.
During the library’s temporary closure a click and collect service will be available for
reservations, there will be adult and children’s books to borrow, the Summer Reading Challenge
and you can join your favourite activities every week.
Every Monday from 9.30am-1pm and 2pm-5.30pm

10.45am Easy Peasy Colour & Stick - all ages
2.15pm Tea and Topics Drop-in social group for adults with speakers, quizzes, games & free refreshments
Saturdays
11am Drop-in LEGO for children of all ages
2.30pm Drop-in craft for children 4 and upwards
