Palmer Park Leisure Centre & Stadium on Wokingham Road gives you a 100-station gym and 25-metre pool in the heart of Palmer Park. The gym has cardio and strength training equipment, while the pool offers lane swimming, lessons and aqua classes. There's also an athletics track with velodrome for serious runners and cyclists. Group exercise classes include yoga, Pilates, HIIT, group cycle, strength and conditioning, circuits and dance fitness. Outside, there's a 3G pitch for football, soft play for younger kids. We run women-only gym and swimming sessions, plus activities for seniors.
