Main Pool
Our 25m, 8 lane competition pool is home to many of Belfast leading swimming and waterpolo clubs and is complete with the latest timing technology for gala swimming and diving blocks.
It’s great for Swim Fit sessions too, with a pool depth ranging from 1.0m to 2.0m
We also have a poolpod, which lifts and gives you independent, comfortable access to the pool, getting you swimming quickly and easily.
Diving pool
The diving pool/teaching pool is fantastic for any younger guests learning to swim or hoping to improve their technique, as it has a shallow depth ranging from 0.75m to 1.0m. Everyone is welcome. It has a moveable floor which can drop down to 3.8 metres for our Dive for All sessions.
Confidence Water
This small heated pool is perfect for adult and baby/toddler sessions with steps leading in with a fixed depth of 0.64m and the temperature at 31.5 degrees.

Monday to Friday - 10am to 3pm
Saturday and Sunday - 12pm to 5pm
