In partnership with the Welsh Government we are able to offer Under 16's and over 60's FREE swim at the following times:

FAMILY FUN SWIM
Make a splash with the whole family in our Family Fun Swim Sessions, where children under 16 swim completely free! These lively sessions are perfect for families looking to enjoy active time together in the pool. Expect a vibrant atmosphere filled with pool toys, floats, and more that encourage fun and confidence in the water. Please note that swim safe attendance rules apply and all weakswimmers and children under 8 must be accompanied by a confident adult swimmer. SWIM FOR FITNESS
If you’re looking for a low-impact way to get fit and healthy, swimming could be the perfect choice. Our Swim for Fitness sessions take place in slow, medium and fast lanes, so you can take things at your own pace. Sessions must be pre booked online or via the Better UK app.
SWIM FOR ALL
No matter your fitness ability, our Swim for All sessions are perfect if you're looking to build your confidence, work on your strokes, float away any stress, or just simple want to enjoy a more casual swim with your family and friends. Sessions must be pre booked online or via the Better UK app.
Sessions are for 1hr and children 11-17 years old swim for free.
AQUA AEROBICS
Getting fit can be for everyone. Water based classes are a great alternative for those who are looking for a low-impact but still high energy workout. These sessions are great if you want to burn calories, tone your body while taking care of your joints and improve mobility. Water exercise will make you feel refresh and increase serotonin level to keep you not only fit but also happy, which is good for mental health as well.

Our Learn to Swim framework is designed by industry experts to ensure the lessons are of the highest quality, fun and hassle free. With our 'Swimbies' classes from three months, to our Adult Swimming Lessons, everyone is catered for on their learn to swim journey.
