We encourage juniors to get into the gym and start looking after their bodies, and gym workouts boost energy, increase lean muscle mass, improves mood and enables you to live longer.
Junior Gym
From age 14, provided the junior member has had a recent induction, they are able to come train unsupervised with their friends.
Monday – Friday 10am-6.00pm
Saturday & Sunday 10am- 4.00pm
Junior Fitness Classes
Junior Boot Camp for 13-16 year olds in the bottom gym consisting of safe use of the fitness machines, exercises and routines that can benefit you in your day-to-day life
Wednesday 28th May 1.00-2.00 & Thursday 29th May 2.00-3.00
Adult & Junior gym – 11+
Children need to be supervised by a parent
