What is Junior Gym
Junior gym is a dedicated session for 11 - 17 year olds. The session allows them to start their fitness journey in a safe environment that’s fun and effective, whilst improving their health and wellbeing.
All juniors are required to have a junior gym induction with one of our qualified fitness instructors before being allowed into the gym.
Junior Gym days and times:
Thursday & Friday: 16:00 - 19:00
Saturday: 10:00 - 13:00
School holidays Monday to Friday: 10:00 - 12:00noon
