60m, 130m and 200m indoor athletics tracks are available with Long, Triple and High Jump facilities and two indoor Pole Vault beds. Range of cardiovascular equipment, body weight training aids such as medicine balls, swiss balls, kettle bells and jumping boxes and mats for plyometric work.

Our 130m sprint track is located on the upper floor of the indoor arena.

Facilities to Throw Shot, Javelin, Discus and Hammer indoors and a rebound wall for medicine ball workouts.

Eight Lane 400m track with full range of Track and Field equipment. Off road 650m floodlit  jogging trail.
