Mobility and Mid-Core
Mobility is all about dedicating time to care for your body and soft tissue to promote better movement and improved functional range of motion.
Mid-Core is to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen, lower back muscles and increase flexibility.

Boot Camp
Join our group Boot Camp sessions where you can burn those calories in a fun way.

Circuit Training
Our Circuit training class is high intensity interval based training where you try a range of exercises for that full body work out. They are fast-paced and aid losing weight, toning up and building strength.
Box-a-cise
This is more than just boxing! Our well planned class boosts cardio levels and strength through classic boxing training.
Classes are designed for all levels where burning calories, getting the heart pumping and toning up are the benefits.
Spin
A great way to get fit and improve your endurance. Classes are open to all levels and are designed to motivate and energise. Everybody from complete beginner to elite athlete can benefit from our Spin classes.

All sessions must be booked in advance, bookings will open 7 days in advance.
If you want to attend our group classes regularly, why not become a member and all classes will be included. We have annual memberships or a three-month option depending on what suits you best.
