We’re excited to be gearing up to host the eagerly anticipated Lee Valley Back 2 Hockey Mixed Cup on Saturday 19 August.
The Back 2 Hockey (B2H) project, supported by England Hockey, is aimed at encouraging older players to return to the game of hockey, and has seen great success nationwide.
Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre regularly runs B2H sessions, which have helped older players rediscover their love for the game and integrate them back into regular Saturday league teams.
The B2H Mixed Cup at Lee Valley will be a one-day event featuring 7-a-side teams, open to all clubs and regions to showcase their skills in a friendly yet competitive environment.
Known for its state of the art facilities and top-notch coaching, Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre is well-equipped to host the B2H Mixed Cup.
The centre's commitment to promoting the sport and creating a positive experience for all participants is expected to make the event a resounding success.
