Age & Weight Restrictions

  • All participants must be aged 12+ and individually weigh under 18 stone
  • All participants must complete our watersports waiver, you'll receive by email with your booking confirmation
  • Participants aged 11-17 must have a responsible adult 18+ who remains on site at Lee Valley White Water Centre for the duration of their activity with one responsible adult to every four children (max)
