Who:
Great for families, children and friends. No previous experience needed.
What:
A fun and relaxed kayaking session on the lake. The experience lasts 60 minutes and includes a safety briefing and kit distribution before getting on the water.

Lee Valley Ice Centre
Holiday Skate
Who:
Suitable for ages 3 and above
What:
Enjoy time on the ice this summer with our Holiday Skate sessions at Lee Valley Ice Centre. Perfect for all ages and abilities, these fun public skating sessions are a great way to stay active and make the most of the school holidays. Sessions include skating time with arrival and exit time built in, with Polar Bear skating aids available to hire, subject to availability.
Under 12s must be accompanied by an adult, and under 8s must be supervised on the ice by someone aged 16 and above.

Young athletes can run, jump and throw their way through the summer holidays at Lee Valley Athletics Centre, 61 Meridian Way, London N9 0AR.
Star Track
Who:

What:
Star Track gives budding athletes the chance to receive expert coaching across a range of athletics disciplines, from hurdles and high jump to sprints and javelin. Children will develop skills across both track and field events, with the final day culminating in a Star Track competition where they can put their new skills to the test.

BHS Stage One Taster Session
Thinking about taking your BHS Stage One qualification?
This two-hour taster session provides an introduction to both the Care and Ride sections of the BHS Stage One syllabus. You'll learn about the course requirements before putting your knowledge into practice through stable management and a ridden session.
Participants attending this taster session will receive priority booking for the full BHS Stage One course starting in September.

Perfect your dressage test by combining simulator training with riding a real horse.
The session begins on our equine simulator, helping riders improve:

These skills are then transferred onto a real horse, helping to build confidence, improve rider awareness and produce a more balanced, harmonious dressage test.

Working Equitation with Kerrie
Looking for something different this summer?
Working Equitation develops communication between horse and rider through a series of obstacles and technical challenges designed to improve control, accuracy and partnership.
Places are limited to four riders per session.

Jump Position Simulator Session
Develop a more secure and effective jumping position using our equine simulator before putting your new skills into practice on a real horse.
The simulator allows riders to improve:
- Balance
- Stability
- Lower leg security
- Position over fences
These skills are then transferred to jumping a real horse, helping riders achieve smoother, more balanced jumps and clearer communication with their horse.

Improve Your Canter Seat on the Simulator
This equine simulator session focuses on developing a balanced, independent canter seat.
Riders will work on:
- Core stability
- Pelvic movement
- Correct alignment
- Lower leg security
Understanding the rhythm of the canter
By practising in a controlled environment, riders can build confidence and develop an effective, relaxed and balanced seat that transfers directly to riding a real horse.
