Intro to White Water Paddleboarding
Whether you're brand new to paddleboarding or an experienced paddler looking for a fresh challenge, our Intro to Whitewater Paddleboarding course could be for you.
Over four progressive weeks, our qualified Whitewater Paddleboard Coaches will help you to develop the essential skills needed to navigate moving water with confidence. Each week we will start on the lake to build strong foundations in balance, board control, and paddle technique. From there, we’ll move onto the legacy whitewater course where you'll learn how to enter, exit, and cross flowing water, and maybe even catch your first surf on a standing wave.
No previous whitewater experience is necessary – just a sense of adventure and a willingness to get wet! This course is also a great next step for whitewater kayakers and flatwater SUP paddlers looking to expand their skills in a dynamic new environment.
Come join us at Lee Valley White Water Centre and discover the thrill of white water paddleboarding!
