Gym Induction

Your gym induction begins with a one-to-one chat with a qualified Fitness Instructor, who will work with you to create a personalised gym programme tailored to your health and fitness goals. You’ll also be introduced to the full range of equipment and machines, helping you feel confident and comfortable in the gym environment. You can count on support and answers to any questions whenever you need them.

Re-Focus Session

With pre-paid membership, you can book a re-focus session every six weeks to help you stay on track with your fitness goals. Did you know that keeping your workouts varied and challenging can actually help you stay fitter for longer?

Junior Gym

Junior gym is a dedicated session for children aged between 11-17 to use the gym facilities under the supervision of a Fitness Instructor. Sessions are available daily after-school and at selected weekend times. Juniors are required to complete an induction before being allowed to partake in the junior gym sessions. We also offer Adult and Junior Gym sessions, where every pre-paid adult can bring one junior member to train with them for free.
