We have classes for the whole community, from high-energy dance or cardio classes to strength, conditioning, mind and body. There’s something for everyone. Outdoor Swimming

Whether you're an outdoor swimming fanatic or are yet to dip your toes into the water, why not try swimming outside? Not only will you feel more connected with the outside world, but you’ll also enjoy all of the health benefits of swimming. Sailing

Canoeing/Kayaking
