Our gym has 10-15 stations, a variety of free weights, resistance machines, cardiovascular machines and stretching / functional area.
Gym sessions and classes available as Pay as you go, Hussle, monthly Direct Debit or as an Annual membership.

Gym sessions are for those aged 16 + years. Supervised junior gym and fitness sessions are scheduled each week for those under 16 years.
