Kids Activities
Gymnastics
Gymnastics will help to improve your child's agility, balance and co-ordination, all in a warm and welcoming environment. They'll also learn fundamental skills, which will help with other sports and activities. Our Gymnastic courses are led by qualified instructors and are structure for different age groups and abilities. Please view our separate pre-school and junior Gymnastics programme for more details.
Karate
Learn traditional karate techniques including kicks, punches, blocks and stances, in this fun structured session. All abilities welcome.
Toddler Fun Time
Soft play session for children 0-5 years. Includes soft climbing toys/equipment and inflatables. Parents to remain with child at all times as this is not an instructor led activity.
