Cardio Zone

Get your heart rate up with our Technogym cardio kit, including treadmills, rowing machines, spin bikes and SkillMill trainers. Whether you want to improve stamina, burn calories or warm up before a session, the cardio zone is the perfect place to start.

Functional Training

North City has two dedicated functional training spaces, plus an overspill area in the dance studio when classes aren’t running. Kit includes sleds, a ski rig, medicine balls, kettlebells, yoga mats and a punch bag. And if you’re up for a challenge, try out the sled track for a high-intensity workout.

Resistance Area

Our resistance machines target every major muscle group, helping you build strength in a safe and controlled way. Kit includes chest and shoulder presses, leg curls, leg extensions and leg presses, giving you plenty of options for a structured workout.

Free Weights

The free weights area includes everything from dumbbells and barbells to plate-loaded machines and Olympic platforms. You’ll also find two deadlift platforms, eight cable stations, squat racks and benches. Perfect for building strength and progressing your lifts.
