Tom Daley Diving Academy
Monday - Friday (weeks commencing 23rd July, 30th July, 6th August) 11:00-12:00
As long as children are confident in deep water they will be able to learn the fundamentals of diving with our lessons. These link to the ASA Flip "n" Fun awards and are perfect for children who have no experience in diving. This course will give pupils experience, skills, and confidence in developing their diving exercises and techniques from the side of the pool.
If pupils have already participated in one of our half term courses they will be able to build on their existing skills and aim to achieve their next medal.
We recommend children are in at least ASA Stage 5 or are very confident in deep water. Please note that goggles are not to be worn.
Swim School Crash Courses
‘Crash Courses’ are great for children who are either new to swimming or for those who want to improve on their existing water skills. The five day course follows the Swim Engalnd National Swimming Plan and can be used alongside the termly lessons as well as being effective as a ‘stand alone’ short course.

Special Needs / Disability Swimming Sessions
This summer, we are running teacher-led swim and play lessons (suitable for child & adult) and family stay & play sessions (suitable for siblings & parents; adult:children, 1:2)
Swim Lesson; 24 July, 2-2:45pm; 26 July, 12:30-1:15pm; 21 August, 2-2:45pm; 23 August; 12:30-1:15pm.
Stay & Play; 25 July, 2:30-3:30pm; 15 August, 2:30-3:30pm; 22 August, 2:30-3:30pm.

A bouncy castle with soft play equipment set up in the sports hall. Suitable for under 5s.
Monday – Friday 16:00-18:00. Saturday – Sunday 13:00-15:00.
A Fitness Instructor is available to support the session and help guide you through your workout.
