How many eBooks and eAudiobooks can I borrow at a time?
The number of items you can borrow at a time varies by platform and by library partnership. 
To find out the specific number of items you can borrow for your library, visit the help centre.
How do I sign up for Libby by Overdrive?
You can use Libby by Overdrive via the Libby app on your smartphone or tablet, using the browser on your computer or with any compatabe Kobo eReader. Simply download the Libby App or visit Libbyapp.com to get started. 

Once you have installed the app or visited the website, Libby will ask you a series of questions to find your library. We recommend that you choose "search for a library" when prompted, as this is the most accurate way to find our collections. Pop in your postcode, town, borough or county and Libby will find either Better Libraries Digital Consortium or Lincolnshire Libraries, depending on your area. 

Click the card and you'll be taken to the homepage where you can start to explore.
How do I sign up for PressReader?
You can use PressReader either by logging in with your library card, or by opening the app while connected to your Library's WiFi network. 
To access PressReader at home, follow the instructions on the Pressreader support page to log in.
Please note, PressReader will automatically log you out of the app every 30 days, simply follow the instructions to log back in again with your library card.
How do I add my library card to Libby?
Tap the menu button (three horizontal lines) to access the account and settings menu in Libby. In here you can add libraries (in case you are a member of more than one) and even add multiple cards, ideal for families who share devices.
I already use Libby on another device, but the content isn't the same, what am I doing wrong?
Libby can work independently on separate devices, but with the same account. If you would like your tags and wish lists to stay consistent across your devices, we recommend you set up new devices by "copying from another device" You can find out how to do this via Libby's dedicated support page here
