Gym Refurbishment

We're delighted to announce that the major Ballysillan Gym and Reception Refurbishment project is complete. This significant £130,000 investment was completed in just four weeks and marks a huge upgrade to the centre, dramatically enhancing both our fitness offer and your overall visit. The biggest change is the all-new, expanded Gym Area. By removing a dividing wall, we have successfully doubled the footprint of our previous fitness space.

Gym Refurbishment

A brand new, connected layout for a better workout experience, with new dedicated zones for functional training, free weights, and group exercise.

A refresh of our existing equipment, along with new flooring, lighting, and vibrant branding throughout.

We've also given the Reception Area a full transformation to improve customer flow and create a more social environment. A redesigned concierge station for a smoother check-in process. The creation of a fantastic new pool viewing and social space - the perfect spot to relax or grab a coffee. This space is also fitted with a camera relay system so parents can comfortably watch their children during swimming lessons.

Cardio Zone

Elevate your heart rate and enhance cardiovascular health in our cardio zone. We have a range of state-of-the-art machines including treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, the new Skill Mill and Row Mill. Perfect for those seeking a dynamic warm-up or a cardio workout.

Functional Areas

This area of our gym is a dynamic space designed for functional movements and total-body workouts. Equip yourself with tools like medicine balls, kettlebells and stability balls. Then work to improve your balance, coordination, and strength through functional and engaging exercises.

Resistance Area

Sculpt and strengthen specific muscle groups using our targeted resistance machines, high‑standard plate‑loaded equipment and a range of Technogym fixed‑resistance gear. Suitable for all fitness levels, these machines will help you complete controlled movements for safer and more effective workouts. Ideal for building muscle tone, enhancing metabolism and supporting overall strength, find what works for you.

Free Weights

Unleash your strength and power in our dedicated free weights area. Here you'll find barbells, dumbbells, and benches provide the tools so you can work on compound movements and target muscle development.
