Our Junior Gym sessions and fitness classes are designed especially for young people aged 11–17, offering a safe, enjoyable space to stay active and build lifelong healthy habits.
Junior Gym
Aimed at 11–17-year-olds, our Junior Gym sessions give young people the chance to stay active and build confidence in the gym. Whether they’re beginners or already love fitness, our qualified instructors are always on hand to guide, support, and ensure a safe workout experience.
Sessions:
Monday - Friday, 10am-12pm & 3pm-6.30pm
Saturday & Sunday, 12.30pm-2.30pm
Adult and Junior Gym
With our Adult and Junior Gym sessions, pre-paid adults can bring a junior along at no extra cost. Bookings must be made through the adult’s membership, and juniors must stay supervised throughout the session.
Sessions:
Monday – Friday, 6.30pm-8pm
Saturday and Sunday, 10.30am-11.30am & 4.30pm-6.30pm
