Inductions
Re-focus session
In order to keep you motivated and on track towards reaching your goals, we provide a refocus session that can be scheduled every six weeks. This 30-minute session involves a review of your progress by a fitness instructor, who will then update your program to ensure that you remain challenged and motivated.
Basic Induction
For those who have previous experience with the gym, the instructor will provide a 30-minute introduction that is customized to your needs. The purpose is to introduce you to our selection of equipment and answer any health and fitness-related inquiries you may have for your workout. If you feel at ease, you have the option to skip the initiation and start your exercise routine right away.
Total Induction
This is a 60-minute initiation session designed for individuals who are new to gym usage or looking for a tailored exercise program to reach their fitness goals. The Fitness Instructor will provide guidance on the proper use of your chosen gym equipment and instruct you on the relevant exercises. Additionally, you will receive a customised training program to help you stay focused and motivated.
