Multi Activity Package
Celebrate your child’s birthday with an action-packed sports day. Enjoy thrilling athletics activities led by expert coaches, ensuring nonstop fun and friendly competition. A birthday party they’ll never forget!

Cost:
- 1 - 15 children: £157.50
- 15-30 children: £315
Duration: 1 hour 45 minutes (includes party room)
What's included
- One hour of athletics coaching by a fully qualified coach for the birthday child and their friends
- Parties can include athletics coaching that may involve run, jump or throws activities including relay races, long jump, high jump and javelin
- Dedicated party room for 45 mins after your activity session
- Medals and water bottle to be given to all children
- Free parking for all attendees
Schedule
- Where possible, please arrive 15 minutes before the time on your booking confirmation
- Late arrivals may not be able to take part in the activity and will not be refunded
Ratios
- Parental supervision will be required, one adult (over 18) to every seven children, so a minimum of two adults per party
- Children under 12 years old not taking part in the birthday session (spectating) must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times throughout their visit
Additional information
- All participants must wear appropriate sports wear (no jewellery, sports bras) and long hair must be tied up
- Cake, party bags, and table decorations aren't provided by the venue but you're welcome to bring your own
- Please note balloons, party poppers, candles, confetti and similar items aren’t allowed for safety reasons

Terms and conditions
- Party cancellations require at least 14 days’ notice, and rescheduling is allowed only once
- Full payment is required at booking and is non-refundable, including for unused spaces
- Birthday party sessions may take place on the indoor or outdoor facilities depending on availability and weather conditions
