The gym has cardio machines and strength equipment, while our group exercise studios offer yoga, Pilates, group cycle, HIIT, boxfit and dance fitness. There's a mind and body studio for calmer sessions like barre, plus outdoor floodlit tennis courts if you want to mix things up. Swimming is very popular, with lane sessions and lessons running daily in the lido. We offer Toddlers World sessions in our soft play for younger guests.
