When booking the sauna, your 1-hour sauna session includes access to the swimming pool.

If you would like to spend additional time in the pool, an extra swimming session must be booked at the standard rate of £11.50 per adult and £5.50 for seniors aged 60+.

When you arrive, before scanning through the gate, please collect a wristband from Reception and wear it throughout your sauna session. This helps staff identify that you have a valid sauna booking.

- Please note that Wellhub memberships do not include sauna access. To use the sauna, you will need to book and pay for a standard swim session, which will then give you access to sauna.

The Terrace is strictly for 16 years+ and is to be pre-booked. No children are allowed at any time on the terrace.

Those who have a Adult UK-Wide, Corporate UK & Inclusive membership with Charlton Lido as their home centre get the terrace for free as this is an exclusive benefit for signing up at Charlton Lido & Lifestyle Club. Sessions still need to be pre-booked as there are a limited amount of beds available.

All other membership types for Charlton Lido such as swim, student and senior will have an additional £8 fee when booking.

Any memberships at any other Better centre will have a 30% discount and will pay £28 even if they have the full Adult UK-Wide membership.
