Aerobics

Here at Wimbledon Leisure Centre & Spa we want you to Get fit the fun way. During Let’s Move classes you’ll be performing a range of cardio centred manoeuvres, taking each at your own pace, all guided by our very friendly and highly qualified instructors.

 

Dance Aerobics

These classes get you to Dance yourself fit! Our range of Dance Aerobics classes mash exercise and choreography together with the help of infectious music keeping you motivated every step of the way. Fell free to choose from one of our themed or discipline-based classes.

 

Water Workout

Exercising in the pool is great for the body helping to keep your joints nice and limber! The water workout classes at Wimbledon Leisure Centre & Spa are not only invigorating but also effective and low-impact. You can choose from one of our themed or discipline-based classes.

 

Zumba

This very popular fitness class is a big part of the Wimbledon Leisure Centre & Spa fitness class programme. The aerobic based fitness programme featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.

Total Body Conditioning

If you’re into intense calorie burning fitness classes then total body conditioning is the class for you. Once you get started, you won’t ever want to stop, this intense, exciting classes combine cardio and conditioning for a full on, high-energy workout.

 

Core Stability

These low-impact classes really help to improve the body’s strength and posture. Our dedicated team of Fitness Class Instructors use a range of innovative equipment and direct you to support your own body weight, helping you to develop a stronger core.

 

Power Pump

We want to get you pumped up about exercise. These are challenging workout featuring a range of weight-based exercises, supported by upbeat music that’s guaranteed to keep you motivated.

 

Let's Focus

Yoga

Helping to loosen you up and let go of any stresses or tensions, our Yoga classes feature a range of exercises from energetic, full-body workouts to relaxing, more traditional poses.

Pilates

Our Pilates sessions are designed to reform the body and will help to accelerate the process of stretching and strengthening the body as well as improving alignment and increased core strength.

Tai Chi

Currently only available for over 55's. Described as "meditation in motion", our Tai Chi sessions offer an exceptional lesson into strength, balance, control and flexibility.

The class that really tests your metal and packs a big punch. Boxfit classes get participants to use a range of boxing techniques to get their hearts pumping, leaving you feeling fighting fit.

 

Circuits

If you’re looking for a class that’s intense and guaranteed to get you results. Our Instructors will put you through your paces, with high-energy interval training, designed to push you that little bit further and encourage a bit of healthy competition.
