Day will consist of Water Safety In pool and Dry Activity with Ulverston Swim Lead Nathan

Safety technique if you fall in River or Lake or Feel Overwhelmed -

Stay Calm, Float on your Back and Call for Help

Please bring a Snack / Drink. Lunch will provided.

Please wear suitable clothing and Footwear and remember your Swim wear and Towel.
