Loosen up and let go, our Yoga classes feature a range of exercises from energetic, full body workouts to relaxing more traditional sequences.

Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and will run every Monday 6:00 - 6:55pm.

Parent & Baby Yoga

Parent & Baby Yoga will run every Thursday 12:30 - 1:30pm from 6th September.

We’re excited to launch our brand new Parent & Baby Yoga classes at Earlsfield Library. Sessions are designed to nurture parent and child interaction through a combination of massages and fun, low-impact stretches. The friendly sessions feature plenty of singing, rhyming and games to help parents and little yogis bond, get active and make new friends.
