Our libraries offer a variety of events, sessions and classes, giving you the perfect opportunity to meet people or learn something new. There are sessions for both adults and children. Please speak to staff in your local Wandsworth Library for more information.

Reading Groups
Adult evening reading group: Meets first Tuesday of the Month 6-7pm Come and discuss the book of the month with a friendly group of book lovers.
Adult morning reading group: Meets last Friday of each month, 10.30-11.30am.
Urdu reading group: Meets second Thursday of each month, 10.30-11.30am.
English Conversation Group
Meets every Tuesday 5.30-6.30pm. Come and practice your spoken English in an informal group.
Film Club
Come in and discuss the film of the month. With a group of fellow cinema enthusiasts meets first Sunday of the month 2:00-4:00pm

Baby Rhyme Time
Help your little ones learn, with half an hour songs and rhymes for children aged 3-36 months. Mondays and Tuesdays at 10:00am.
Children’s Book Group
Join us each week for talk about all things books, with shared reading and activities for children aged 5 and up. Mondays at 4:00pm.
Story Time
Inspire their imaginations early, with stories for children aged 2-5. Fridays at 10:00am.
Art Club
Every Saturday 2-3pm. All ages welcome to come and do something artistic.

Reading Support
One to one reading help with student volunteers. Various sessions available. Must be booked in advance, speak to Gillian for booking details.
