Virtual fitness is the fusion of exercise with technology. Virtual workouts are the same workouts you know and love, or perhaps want to try something new; designed for ease and convenience to suit the needs of our members.


With a range of classes to choose from there’s something for everyone.

  • Conditioning & Cardio: Cardio classes focus on building cardiovascular fitness, while the Conditioning classes develop muscle tone and definition.
  • Mind & Body: Mind & Body classes range from stretching to core strength and meditation. All classes are designed for members to channel their energy through mindfulness

What to expect

Typically, virtual workouts are played in the studio on the big screen.

Virtual classes are also often a gateway for live fitness classes. Virtual workouts typically attract smaller numbers, and members can go at their own pace, which makes them ideal if you’re a novice looking to learn the moves.  Equally, regular users of classes will still get the same great workout you would normally get attending an instructor lead class.
