Gym at Kempston Pools and Fitness
Welcome to Kempston Pool and Fitness, close to Bedford. The gym is a friendly place where local people can enjoy gym sessions and a wide range of fitness classes. With a recently refurbished space and Technogym equipment, it’s set up to help you stay active and feel comfortable as you train. As well as the gym, you can use the 25-metre swimming pool, or take part in one of our fitness classes.

Cardio Zone
Fancy a morning run? The cardio zone includes treadmills, bikes, rowers, and cross trainers. It’s a good space for steady sessions or something more upbeat. Screens and built-in tech help pass the time, and the team are always nearby if you need a hand getting started.
Functional Zone
Want to mix things up? The functional zone is set up for warm-ups, cool-downs, and bodyweight exercises. You can stretch, run simple circuits, or try different movements to keep sessions interesting. It’s a relaxed space that suits both beginners and regular gym users.
Resistance Zone
The resistance machines zone helps you work all the main muscle groups with clear, easy-to-use equipment. There’s also a cable machine for a range of exercises, making it simple to follow your progress. Staff are on hand to help you use the machines safely and comfortably.
Strength Zone
The strength zone includes dumbbells from 1kg to 32kg, plus kettlebells, sandbags, and medicine balls. It works well if you want to build strength or work on muscle tone. If you’re new ro the gym or more experiences, this is a great area to set your own pace and work on your fitness.
