What's available at Robinson Pools and Fitness

Cardio Zone

Fancy a cardio session? The cardio zone includes treadmills with built-in screens, upright bikes, and cross trainers. You can enjoy a steady run while watching a show, or pick up the pace on a bike. It’s a bright space that helps you stay focused, hit your goals and get moving.

Functional Zone

Looking for a quieter spot? The functional zone includes stretch mats and mirrors, which work well for warm-ups, bodyweight exercises, and circuits. It’s a calm space where you can focus on your session, try different movements, and keep your routine varied.

Resistance Zone

The resistance zone includes machines that work all the main muscle groups, such as leg press and chest fly machines. Each one is easy to follow and helps guide your movement. Staff are close by to offer help if you’d like it.

Strength Zone

The free weights zone includes dumbbells from 1kg to 32kg, plus kettlebells, sandbags, and medicine balls. It works well if you want to build strength or work on muscle tone. If you’re new ro the gym or more experiences, this is a great area to set your own pace and work on your fitness.
