Here at Better Gym Bradford we have over 120 workout stations for you to choose from. Ranging from free weights, resistance machines to cardio options. We have equipment that works for everyone from beginners to advanced level.
Our friendly fitness team are always available to give you a helping hand and motivate you through your workout!
Here at Better Gym Bradford, we understand the need for females to have their own space. That's why we have created a dedicated space just for females to train in.
With top of the line technogym resistance machines and a range of cardio equipment, you can be sure to get a good workout in this area.
We have also included changing room cubicles, water cooler and lockers. Female only qualified fitness team are also on hand to support you in reaching your fitness goals.
Our Junior Gym sessions are for 11-17 year olds to get a chance to come and experience training in a gym environment.
All Junior members have to complete an induction on joining with a member of the Fitness Team which takes them through how to use the equipment safely and efficiently. Junior members also get a programme at the end of the induction for them to follow to help their development in the gym.
Junior members have access to Treadmills, Bikes, Crosstrainers, Resistance machines and bodyweight exercies. The gym floor is always monitored by a member of the fitness staff to ensure the junior members safety and provide extra help where needed. Junior members aged 16 and 17 also have the ability to make use of our free weights section as well as all our other gym equipment.

Our refocus sessions are for all members to help keep you on track of your goals.
Our fitness instructors will help design a bespoke programme for you to follow with your goals in mind.

We also provide all our members a free induction to ensure you feel comfortable and have all the tools to train and workout.
