Cardio Zone

Push your heart rate further and boost your cardiovascular fitness in our cardio zone. We have a great range of state-of-the-art machines for everyone and all levels of fitness. You’ll find treadmills, cross-trainers, and stationary bikes, giving you plenty of ways to train. We also have steppers, ellipticals, and rowing machines, all just perfect for those looking for a dynamic warm-up or a cardio workout.

Functional Area

Our functional area is a dynamic space designed for everyone, so that you can get even more out of your workouts and gym visits. Get yourself equipped with tools like kettlebells, steps, medicine balls, stretch mats, and stability balls for an exciting training experience. Stetch out, improve your balance, and develop your coordination and strength, all at your own pace.

Resistance Area

Focus on specific muscle groups with our targeted resistance machines and high standard plate loaded equipment. Suitable for everyone and all fitness levels, these machines are designed for safe, focued and effective workouts. Develop muscle tone, boost your metabolism and increase your overall strength, and tailor your workout just the way you want it.

Free Weights

Pump and press your way to better strength and muscle development in our dedicated free weights area. With barbells, dumbbells, and benches, you’ll find everything you need for compound movements and targeted muscle work. Whether you’re a beginner or a regular gym goer, free weights are a great way to really boost your fitness routine and deliver noticeable benefits.

Women-Only Gym

Alongside our main gym, we have a dedicated space for female gym goers. This gym space is equipped with cardio equipment, free weights and workout mats so you can still exercise the way you want to.

Our women-only gym space is open throughout the week and on weekends, and we also offer female-only gym inductions, led by female instructors, so you can feel comfortable and confident as you start your fitness journey.
