Cardio Zone

Elevate your heart rate and enhance your cardiovascular health in our specialised cardio zone. We have a range of state-of-the-art machines including exercise bikes, cross trainers, recline bikes, treadmills, and hand bikes. Our cardiovascular equipment for those seeking a complete cardio workout or an intense and dynamic warm-up.

Functional Area

This area of our gym is a dynamic space designed for functional movements and total body workouts, featuring a cable station for a great workout. Equip yourself with tools like kettlebells, medicine balls, steps, and stability balls for an all-round and versatile training experience. Improve your balance, coordination and strength through functional and engaging exercises.

Resistance Area

Work specific muscle groups and develop and define your physique with our targeted resistance machines and plate loaded equipment. Suitable for all fitness levels, these machines will help you complete controlled movements for safe, effective workouts. From leg curls, chest and shoulder presses, upper/lower trunk pulleys and leg extensions and presses, find what works for you.

Free Weights

Our dedicated free weights area is designed for you to strengthen up and boost body power. High standard barbells, dumbbells, and benches provide you with the tools for compound movements and targeted muscle development. Whether you’re new to lifting or experienced, our free weights area helps you build strength safely and effectively.
