Sculpt and strengthen in our targeted resistance area. Suitable for all fitness levels, our resistance machines are designed for safe, focused and effective workouts. We have everything from plate-loaded machines for chest and shoulder press, pecs, legs, lats and abs, through to lower back strengthening and more. Find what works for you.

Innerva Wellbeing Hub

Whether you want to improve your mobility or give your overall fitness a boost, our Innerva equipment is ideal for all gym goers. These power-assisted exercise machines help you work with the equipment, not against it. Each machine targets different muscle groups and since you don't have to use as much force as with traditional exercise machines, they're perfect if you're new to the gym or coming back to exercise after a break or injury. Our toning equipment is also separate from the main gym, giving you a quiet space to work out at your own pace. 

Pete first came to the centre through the GP referral scheme back in September 2019, and he hasn’t left since! We asked Pete what has kept him coming back to us even after completing his time on the referral scheme:

"It was doing me good health wise, doing me good wellbeing wise, and the people here are lovely. The staff, the customers, it's like a little community. It’s marvellous. I spend as much time here as I do at my own house!"

Pete finished by saying the very thing we try to create for our customers: "It’s more than just a gym – it's a community". We are so delighted Pete and so many others have a place that they can come to socialise whilst staying active.
