Cardio Zone

Our air-conditioned cardio zone at our Cardiff gym is the place to get your heart pumping while boosting your cardiovascular health. We’ve got a great range of all-new Technogym equipment including treadmills, stationary bikes, cardiovascular and resistance machines. Just perfect for a dynamic warm-up session or an intense cardio workout.

Functional Area

Take advantage of our spacious quiet zone, a functional area where you can warm-up for your workouts, give yourself a core workout, or enjoy a thorough and invigorating session of stretching. Here you can work on all kinds of body resistance exercises to develop your co-ordination skills, your balance and strength, all in your own time and at your own pace.

Resistance Area

This is the place to focus on and develop specific muscle groups or body zones, no matter whether you’re a gym beginner or an experienced bodybuilder. Our resistance machines are targeted according to specific body areas for a more precise and focused workout. Whether it’s leg day or arms, or something more general, you’ll get a steady, controlled and safe workout every time.

Free Weights

Put your muscles to work and build your strength in our dedicated free weights zone. Choose from a wide range of dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells to get the workout you’re after, find a bench and get pumping. Suitable for beginners and experienced lifters alike, free weights are a great and beneficial addition to your fitness routine.
