Cardio Zone

Our state-of-the-art steppers, rowing machines, treadmills and ellipticals including treadmills, are perfect for everyone, no matter your fitness level. Whether you’re after a dynamic warm-up or a complete cardio workout, Fairwater Leisure Centre’s gym has you covered.

Functional Area

Our brand-new functional area has a great range of equipment to take your training to the next level, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. It’s a dynamic space within the gym designed for functional movements and total‑body workouts, featuring kettlebells, medicine balls and stability balls for a versatile training experience.

Resistance Area

Prime and perfect specific muscle groups one by one with our targeted resistance machines and high‑standard plate‑loaded equipment. Suitable for beginners and experienced lifters alike, these machines encourage safe, controlled movements for more effective workouts. Develop your muscle tone, enhance your metabolism, and support your overall strength in our resistance zone.

Free Weights

With a range of weights in our free weights area, we have plenty of great kit to help you power up and boost your strength, whatever your level of experience or body goals. With specialised equipment that includes an Olympic half rack and flat bench press, along with barbells, dumbbells, and benches, incorporate free weights into your fitness routine and feel the benefits.
